Shetland Hens - Hatching Eggs

This is an ancient, very rare, gorgeous landrace breed that hails from Scotland! This tappit breed produces a beautiful light blue to dark green matte egg. They are an absolute delight to own!! So calm and so friendly! A must have if you have kids or grandkids around your chickens! This is a breed you can sit in their run and hold them on your lap. They are rarely flight which makes them great to own, but not so great at free ranging. I have multiple black, brown and cream colored hens with a black & silver and a cream colored rooster.
