Hatching Eggs

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed in the order received

  • Hatching eggs typically ship within 3–7 business days, depending on:

    • Egg availability

    • Weather conditions

    • Breeding schedule

  • This only exception to this is spring preorders. Eggs will be shipped when available in order they are received.
  • Please provide an address AND phone number as eggs can be held for pick up at post office and they will need to call you!

We reserve the right to delay shipping if conditions are unsafe for eggs (extreme heat, cold, or storms).


Shipping Method

  • We ship hatching eggs via carrier of your choice, unless otherwise noted.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • We do offer local pickup and you must up on agreed day or forfeit your order. 

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.


Shipping Schedule

  • Orders ship all days of the week.

  • We do not ship on or before major holidays.


Weather Considerations

Hatching eggs are sensitive to temperature extremes.

  • We may delay shipment due to excessive heat or cold

  • Delays made for egg safety do not qualify for refunds

  • Buyers concerned about weather are encouraged to contact us before ordering


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped:

  • The carrier assumes responsibility for delivery

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Postal delays

    • Misrouted packages

    • Rough handling

    • Temperature exposure during transit

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


No Guarantee on Hatch Rates

Shipping damage—visible or internal—can affect hatch rates.

For this reason:

  • We do not guarantee hatch rates

  • Shipping issues do not qualify for refunds based on hatch results


Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing:

  • A complete and accurate shipping address & working phone number

  • A secure delivery location.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not recovered


Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

The order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
